Omaha Marriott Downtown – Marriott International

In the burgeoning Capitol District on the north side of downtown Omaha, Baxter Kenworthy was selected to provide complete electrical services for the new 333-room hotel.

The Atlas – NuStyle Development

A 1.5 million square foot renovation of the Creighton Hospital Campus into a modern, trendy apartment complex adjacent to Creighton University in downtown Omaha. Baxter Kenworthy was selected to overhaul and replace all of the electrical systems for 732 upscale residential units and amenities.

Papillion Data Center – Facebook

Our stellar fabrication team assembled nearly all of the electrical raceway and underground assemblies in a controlled, clean environment before it was installed with ease by the on-site contractor. The Facebook data center expansion added an additional 1.6 million square feet of capacity just outside of Omaha.
